The partners in Umoja Health in San Francisco focus their efforts on neighborhoods in the Southeast sector, including Bayview Hunters Point, Sunnydale, Visitacion Valley and Potrero Hill. These neighborhoods are very demographically diverse and have faced disparities in physical health, mental health and in reduced access to care for chronic diseases and cancer, long before the COVID-19 pandemic hit.

Umoja Health SF Partners host a biweekly meeting on Tuesday mornings from 9am-10:15am.

MISSED A MEETING?
Meetings cover status of community spread of COVID-19; current issues or challenges in access to COVID-19 vaccination, testing and treatment. The meetings are an opportunity to amplify community voices and hold public health departments accountable to community needs.
DIRECT SERVICES
The partners provide Covid 19 vaccines; distribute take home antigen kits, COVID-19 information on Wednesdays and some weekends. We also provide access to colorectal cancer screening with additional services developing as the partners capacity allows. Check the calendar above for specific locations and times.
